Assessment + Interpretation
Run the Change Success Assessment with expert setup guidance. We help you select the right initiative type, identify the right respondents, and interpret the RAG-scored results in context.
Action Planning
We don't just hand you a report. Your advisory hours include facilitated action planning sessions — translating the six-dimension scores into a prioritized roadmap your team can execute.
Ongoing Coaching
Change doesn't happen in one session. Your advisory hours can be used for check-ins, stakeholder strategy, resistance management coaching, and re-assessment planning throughout the initiative lifecycle.
How Advisory works
Run the Assessment
Complete the Change Success Assessment online. Your advisor reviews the results before your session.
Strategy Session
Meet with your Change at Hand advisor (1-2 hours) to interpret scores, identify priorities, and build an action plan.
Follow-Up Support
Use remaining advisory hours for coaching, progress checks, and re-assessment as the initiative evolves.
Advisory hours and pricing
Base Change + Advisory includes 2 hours of advisory time per subscription period. Additional advisory hours are available at $225/hour. Monthly advisory retainers are available at $2,400/month for 12 hours.
$120/month or $1,200/year — includes 25 assessments, PDF reports, AI action plans, and 2 hours of advisory.

Advisory clients get direct access to experienced change practitioners, not a support desk.
